The Board of Directors’ meeting is in progress at the Gazprom Headquarters.

The Board of Directors has heard a report on the Gazprom Group’s Consolidated Property Register filing status and entrusted the Management Committee with continuing the work to develop that information system.

The Board of Directors endorsed the amount of the auditor’s remuneration for auditing the Gazprom Accounting Statements for 2006.
