Before the Day of a powerman the electric power stations that belong to Territorial generating company No.9, celebrate anniversaries. Bereznikovskaya HPP-4 is 75, Zakamskaya HPP-5 is 70.

Bereznikovskaya HPP-4 that was constructed to provide with energy the productions of chemical fertilizers and that was set in operation in 1931, became the first HPP of high pressure in Europe and the second in the world. Today the station provides steady with electricity and heat the citizens of a large center of the north of Perm Territory – the city of Berezniki, and it also provides vital activity of a diversity of large enterprises of the city, such as “Azot”, “Soda Khlorat”.

Zakamskaya HPP-5 that was set in operation in 1936, provides with energy the city of Krasnokamsk and also large enterprises: PPP “Kama”, Krasnokamsk paper plant of Goznak.

At the stations festive arrangements were held: there were concerts, celebration of veterans, a lot of powermen were rewarded with memorial diplomas for their self-denying labour.

The installed electric power of 24 stations of TGC-9 is more than 3300 megawatt, the heat power – almost 17000 Gkal/hour. In Perm Territory stations of TGC-9 regularly generate electric energy, provide with heat citizens and enterprises of Perm, Berezniki, Krasnokamsk, Chaykovsky, Gubaha, in Sverdlovsk region TGC-9 works in Ekaterinburg, Nizhnyaya Tura, Krasnoturyinsk, Kamensk-Uralsky, Lesnoy, Pervouralsk, Kachkanar, Artyomovsky, in Komi Republic – in Siktivkar, Vorkuta, Ukhta, Inta, Sosnogorsk.
