Comments
A. Pogozhev, director of manufacturing of Severstal, noted that the plan for rolled steel in November was met to 100.7%, with output totaling 692,000 tonnes.
With the end of the navigation period the company also increased inventory with view to assure even shipments by rail road. This has allowed the steel-melting plant to exceed planned output by 9,000 tonnes while decreasing cast iron consumption.
