At present the employees of Western power grids of the branch of “IDGC of Volga”, JSC – “Orenburgenergo” accept the balancing and commissioning works on the substation “Pleshanovskaya” situated in Krasnogvardeysky district of the Orenburg region. The reconstruction of important for all western districts substation is planned to be finished in the first decade of August. 6 transformers of 110kV voltage, 5 modern SF6 circuit-breakers, emergency detector “Aura-64”, teleautomatic chains were installed on this substation. The propellant drive mechanisms were installed on 14 isolators of 110 kV that let the duty personnel to conduct the routine switchings distantly. New software system “Dispetcher” which allows to control up to 1000 parameters of technical condition of a grid was installed in the substation. This substation will not be one-ended at the end of reconstruction. It will gain the opportunity to transfer electrical energy from the center of the region to the west and vice verse. Reliability and quality of electric power supply of the consumers of Krasnogvardeysky district: big agricultural plants, oil-producers, settlements will also essentially increase. The cost of equipment and works is equal to 94 million rubles. Reconstruction of the substation “Pleshanovskaya” is the completion phase of a large investment project which includes building of the power transmission line of 110 kV “Pleshanovo - Kalikino” and reconstruction of the substation “Kalikino” in the center of the Orenburg region. The first stage was building of the power transmission line of 110 kV. It goes through Krasnogvardeysky and Alexandrovsky districts. The power transmission line has the difficult air route. It crosses 11 rivers and 10 roads. Its total length is equal to 47,3 km.
