Frankfurt am Main hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Josef Ackermann, Chairman of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank AG with participation of Oleg Dubina, Chairman of the Board of NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy.

The parties discussed the issues of tripartite cooperation.

The total assets of Deutsche Bank Group account for EUR 2.027 trln (as of December 31, 2007).

Deutsche Bank acted as a co-manager of a range of Eurobond issues for Gazprom, participated as an expert in a number of asset acquisition deals and provided the Company with a series of direct bilateral loans.
