Equity Market Federal Committee (EMFC) of Russian Federation decided to register the output of non documentary equities of “KAMAZ –Metallurghia” OJSC, distributed through shares acquiring by founders of the company, as per EMFC press-centre.

Gross production volume at face value (number of national registration is 1-01-55199-D-001D) is 500 million rubles. Issuer will launch 5 million shares with principal value 100 rubles.

“KAMAZ –Metallurghia” OJSC is a subsidiary of “KAMAZ” OJSC and unites metallurgical assets of the Group.
