Moscow, 5 October 2006. Stanislav Milkin, Director General of OAO "Corporate Service Systems"* was named the winner of the Fourteenth Annual Best Quality Manager Awards for 2006. By the resolution of the Awards Jury, he became member of the Quality Managers Club (Club- 9000). He was also awarded a Diploma for the outstanding contribution made by OAO "Corporate Service Systems" to improving competitiveness of services, the creation, implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9000 quality management systems.

The Awards ceremony took place in St.-Petersburg during the Sixteenth Annual International Conference "From Quality Management to Management and Business Quality".

The Best Quality Manager of the Year Awards were established in 1992, and since 2002, it has been held under the aegis of the International Guild of Quality Professionals. The Awards seek to promote competitiveness of Russian and CIS businesses on the domestic and international markets by introducing advanced quality management systems based on ISO 9000, QS 9000, TQM concepts and principles, etc.
