Today, the company founded by OAO Gazprom (51 per cent), Wintershall AG, a BASF AG subsidiary (24.5 per cent) and E.ON Ruhrgas AG, an E.ON AG subsidiary (24.5 per cent) officially opened its Head Office in Zug (Switzerland) under the new business name – Nord Stream.
