Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (enters into Rosseti, JSC group of companies) – took part in joint doctrines of subjects operative–dispatching management, subjects of power industry, executive authorities, the Chief department of Emercom across Mordovia and other municipalities. The purpose - working off elimination of emergencies with threat of violation of power supply in the conditions of low temperatures of external air and an assessment of the level of readiness of the operation and dispatching personnel. According to scenario of doctrines, in electric power grids of "Mordovenergo"as a result of ignition there was an emergency shutdown of all joining of 110 kV substation (PS) "Southwest" to its full repayment, and also shutdown of two lines (VL) of 110 kV Saransk CHPP-2 - Saransk as a result of sticking of a sleet to wires with the subsequent break. Thanks to the taken measures it was succeeded to localize and liquidate a conditional emergency in the shortest possible time, and also to eliminate its consequences. During doctrines interaction of operative personnel of "Mordovenergo" with the dispatching personnel of SO UES Branch of JSC the Penza RDU on elimination of emergencies, input of schedules of temporary shutdown, and also with technical company "VATT" on the translation of food of part of the disconnected consumers of PS of 110 kV "Southwest" on other power supplies was fulfilled. Materials demanded for restoration of the damaged equipment were available in total amount, the emergency stock of "Mordovenergo" is completed for 100%. Attraction of additional forces and means wasn't required. The personnel was attracted to elimination of a conditional emergency and restoration of power supply from Mordovenergo branch emergency and recovery and quick mobile teams of Saransk production office in number of 23 people and 6 pieces of equipment.
