As PJSC MGTS Deputy General Director, Mr. A.V. Goltsov will supervise the Network planning, reconstruction and upgrading activities (with the Network Reconstruction & Design and Capital Construction Departments of the Company reporting to him).

Mr. Goltsov, Alexey Valentinovich was born in 1965. He has a university education. In 1987, he graduated from the Moscow Electrotechnical University of Telecommunications. Mr. A.V. Goltsov's entire labor activity is associated with the telecommunications industry: since 1981, he worked filling various positions at the Railway Post Office of the USSR Ministry for Telecommunications, and at the Moscow Territorial Long Distance and International Telecommunications Control Center.

Since 1987, Mr. A.V. Goltsov has been working for the Public Joint Stock Company Moscow City Telephone Network, holding consecutively a number of engineer offices at the Company's Tushinskiy Telephone Node and the Telecommunications Operations and Maintenance Department. Since 2001, Mr. A.V. Goltsov is the Chief of the TOMD Digital Network Control Center of PJSC MGTS.

Mr. Alexey V. Goltsov is decorated with the medal "In Memory of the 850th Anniversary of the Foundation of Moscow"; he is a year 2002 laureate of the V.F. Vassilyev Annual Prize, and is also a holder of a variety of other PJSC MGTS corporate awards.

Mr. A.V. Goltsov is married and has a son.

This appointment within the PJSC MGTS management has taken place following the transfer of the Company's First Deputy General Director Mr. Semyon V. Rabovskiy to the office of the CJSC COMSTAR General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC MTU-Inform.
