During this training they worked through the actions during the emergency situations of all services, connected with life-support of the city of Siktivkar. At the meeting of the commission of emergency situations and providing the fire security they determined the

emergency situations – accident on the gas main, cutoff of water supply and mine in the school.

In the first case they stopped the gas supply because of the “accident” to Siktivkar central hot-water boiler house, boiler houses “Tubdispanser” and “Gosopitnaya station” (objects of heat supply of the branch of TGC-9 “Siktivkar heat networks”). The staff of the boiler house of CHB has to transfer boilers to the reserve fuel – the black oil. According to standards, it is necessary to manage in 1,5 hours. The staff of the boiler house coped with this task for 1 hour 10 minutes.

In the second task they cut off water supply in the area of the boiler house “Gosopitnaya station”. At each boiler house there are tanks-accumulators of hot water, in which they keep the stores of water for cases of emergency. During the day water for people of this district was supplied from these tanks. To normalize the work of the boiler house they organized water supply by tank trucks.

All arrangements were aimed at the quick reaction and co-ordination of all communal services and authorities during the situation of emergency. The first deputy head of the Central Directorate ofMinistry of Emergency Situations of Russia on RK the colonel Vitaly Khinochik gave a positive estimate to the preparation of enterprises. The commission of emergency situations and providing of the fire security applied for the reward of the most distinguished people for organization and conducting of the team headquarters training. Among them was the head of the headquarters of civil defense and emergency situations of the branch of TGC-9 “Siktivkar heat networks” Selivanov Nikolay Petrovich.
