The next meeting of club « Young power man » had place on the first power station in Urals Mountains, constructed under the plan GOELRO - Egorshinsky state district power station. Children got acquainted with history of creation of the enterprise, began in days of Demidovs. Years of becoming, inclusion in plan of GOELRO, years of Stalin reprisals, the military period ... 80 years later the station stopped the activity and became the enterprise-museum in structure of JSC " TGC-9 ". Young power men visited a machine hall, examined turbines and the boilers, brought here even in the beginning of XX century.

After a meeting with power men on Egorshinsky state district power station children visited the house-museum of P.I.Chaikovsky, which is well-known for Alapaevsk, where he spent the childhood. Alapaevsk citizen keep memoirs about this time carefully. The collection of ancient musical instruments where each exhibit not only keep the appearance: all of them - from a musical casket up to the mechanical piano and harmonium XVIII-XIX centuries - plays, peeps, sounds. On some tools young power played music.

For the information: the club " Young power man " exists 5 years. After reforming of Sverdlovsk system the club became joint project TGC-9 and Sverdlovskenergo. The children, who are keen by power - constant visitors of the power companies, the technical experts and managers answer questions, give comments. During work of club young power got acquainted with power objects practically of all Sverdlovsk area - networks and stations, visited excursions at large consumers (Coca-cola, Sladko, factory of a soft toy, cold center "Nord", Irbitsky motor-factory, the Middle ural integrated poultry farm, the Sverdlovsk film studio, etc.)

Open Joint Stock Company “Territorial Generating Company ?9” was registered on December, 9 2004 and started operational activity on April, 1 2005.

The company includes 23 power stations, 35 boiler shops and 4 heat networks factories located at Perm Territory, Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Komi. The installed generating capacity of the company is 3280 MWt, heat capacity - 18952 Gk/h. The staff accounts over 11 thousand people. The General Director of OJSC “TGC-9” is Andrey Yu.Makarov.

The formation of target structure of the Company passed in two stages. On May,1 2006 OJSC TGC-9 was restructured through incorporation of OJSC Perm Generating Company and OJSC Sverdlovsk Generating Company. On February, 1 2007 OJSC “TGC-9” was reorganized by adjoining of OJSC Komi Regional Generating Company. OJSC “ Territorial Generating Company ? 9” has completed s restructuring process.

RAO UES share in OJSC “TGC-9” is over 50, 049%, IES-Holding owns about 30 % of the shares of the company.

The share capital of OJSC “TGC-9” is 17 093 693 607 RUR 64 copeck. Shares of OJSC “TGC-9” are allowed to be put up for auction at RTS from September, 15 2006, at MICEX from September, 22 2006.
