ST. PETERSBURG , Russia – Acting on behalf of North-West Telecom JSC, payment agent National Depository Center has paid in full the 9th coupon under NWT’s series 4 bond.
Interest payable on the 9th coupon is 8.10% per annum, or RUR20.19 per bond.
The list of those authorized for payment was compiled as of 5 March, 2009.
The total amount allocated for the 9th coupon payment amounted to RUR40.38 million.
Information on the issue: 4th issue bonds of JSC N.W. Telecom are series 4 documentary interest-bearing bonds payable to the bearer, with mandatory centralized custody. The state registration No. is 4-04-00119-A. Flotation took place through the MICEX stock exchange on 14 Dec., 2006. The issue was worth RUR2 billion, consisting of 2 million bonds with a face value of 1,000 rubles each. The issue’s circulation period is 5 years with the possibility of a pre-term retirement, if OJSC N.W. The coupon yield is paid each quarter. The bonds are listed in the Lombard List of the Central Bank of Russia and are accepted as a guarantee in repo-transactions. They are also listed in the A1 MICEX quotation list.
