St. Peterburg celebrates the 55th anniversary of Lentransgaz

Today, St. Petersburg celebrates the 55th anniversary of Lentransgaz, a Gazprom’s subsidiary.

Gazprom’s Management Committee Deputy Chairman, Sergey Ushakov, and Head of Gas Transportation, Underground Storage and Utilization Department, Bogdan Budzulyak, attended the festivities.

Greeting Lentransgaz’s team, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman, Alexey Miller, pointed out: “Lentransgaz’s development will be impossible unless we reach the strategic tasks of the domestic gas industry. The tasks include the implementation of the North-European gas pipeline project that will enable us to diversify gas supplies to Western Europe, increase gas supply security and establish direct contacts with foreign consumers, and the implementation of another large-scale project related to the Shtokmanovskoye field development.”
