Klishas Andrey Aleksandrovich, Vice-President, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Holding Company Interros (ZAO) was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors JSC “OPIN” (“OPIN” or “the Company”). The decision was accepted unanimously at the Board of Directors Meeting on 07 July, 2008.

The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, the Secretary of the Company and the person performing responsibilities of the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the latter’s absence were appointed at the Meeting.
