On July 3, 2008 JSC OPIN  was assigned a corporate family rating of B1 by Moody`s Investors Service. At the same time, Moody’s Interfax Rating Agency, which is majority owned by Moody’s, assigned an A2.ru national scale rating to OPIN. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
